Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Flexible by time zone)
Contract Length: Through end of year
Interview: One video interview (2-person panel)
Training Provided: 1 week
The NCA Contract Coordinator – Associate is responsible for supporting contract pricing activities for national, regional, and local account customers. This role ensures pricing accuracy, contract compliance, and supports internal teams by managing vendor agreements, resolving pricing issues, and maintaining pricing systems and documentation.
Review, interpret, and implement vendor pricing agreements in PRIME.
Retrieve agreements via shared email inboxes and vendor portals (PACE, Georgia Pacific, Ecolab).
Provide pricing support to Local/National Sales, CASS, and Division personnel.
Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies within 24 hours using USF systems (PRIME, Prism).
Maintain updated Terms Listings and Customer Account Management Summaries (CAMS).
Process pricing updates related to district corrections, margin erosion, and internal deviations.
Complete and respond to audit files, logs, and monthly Contract Information Reports (CIR).
High School Diploma or GED
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience converting PDF/HTML files to Excel
Strong Excel formatting skills
1 year of pricing analytics experience (not required)
Knowledge of Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, etc.)
Background in food distribution or related industry
Ability to navigate and switch between applications with ease
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Team-oriented, communicative, and adaptable
