Job summary

The Garland Company, Inc. seeks a Contract Compliance Specialist to ensure contractual integrity across purchasing contracts in public, private, and healthcare sectors.

The role analyzes and audits master agreements and obligations, reporting on compliance for new and existing accounts to support strategic operations. Working with the Contracts team and the Director of Strategic Operations, you will promote adherence to terms, coordinate internal teams, and manage ongoing compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in contract administration, paralegal work, or sales compliance is required.
• Willingness to travel domestically; valid driver's license and vehicle for business use.

Responsibilities

• Promotes adherence to contractual terms and regulatory requirements using GPO contracts.
• Audits orders and contract management processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinates compliance efforts with contracts team to ensure sound business decisions.
• Reports on customer compliance needs and potential business opportunities within manufacturing scope.
• Provides high-quality customer service to internal departments regarding contract terms or pricing inquiries.
