Job summary

IRONCLAD Powered by Mersino, a national provider of liquid storage, dewatering, and environmental rental solutions, seeks a Contracts & Compliance Coordinator to manage contract lifecycle, onboarding, and compliance with internal teams.

The role emphasizes workflow ownership, timely follow-ups, and escalation to resolve gaps in contracts, bids, or supplier documentation, supporting risk and legal reviews as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in contract administration, onboarding, procurement, vendor/subcontractor management, or risk management.
• Experience in heavy civil construction, industrial services, environmental services, or equipment rental preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contracts from intake through review, approval, execution, and filing.
• Assist Sales and Operations with contract routing and approvals.
• Ensure exhibits, scopes of work, insurance requirements, schedules, and supporting documents are complete.
• Maintain contract records in the contract management system.
• Track contracts requiring action, renewal, or follow-up.
• Coordinate with Legal, Operations, Project Management, Risk, and leadership when additional review or decisions are needed.
• Help teams locate agreements and contract information.
• Support contract reporting, system improvements, and document management.
