Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a 05+ month contract in Raleigh, NC (onsite). The role supports accounts payable, lease administration, and tenant/vender coordination in a commercial property setting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of commercial property management experience.
• Knowledge of commercial property accounting principles.
• Experience with accounts payable and financial processing.
• Proficiency with MRI property management software.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices and submit them for payment.
• Code invoices with the appropriate general ledger (GL) accounts and detailed descriptions.
• Create and maintain service contracts.
• Prepare lease abstracts for management review.
• Process recurring monthly billing forms, tenant charges, and other financial documentation.
• Generate tenant bill-back packages.
• Coordinate the start and stop of utility services for vacant spaces.
• Assist with property management system compliance.
• Communicate with tenants and vendors regarding operational and financial matters.
