Job summary

Lee & Associates Raleigh Durham Wilmington Property Management is seeking a Property Manager to own a portfolio of commercial properties in Wilmington, NC. This is a proactive, ownership-driven role where you will anticipate issues and lead day-to-day operations.

You will coordinate inspections, vendor relations, budgets, and reporting, and present updates to owners and boards. Strong communication and financial skills are essential, with Yardi/MRI experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Proficiency with Yardi or MRI.
• Strong financial acumen and vendor management experience.
• Excellent communication skills — you'll be the face of the property to tenants, owners, and boards.

Responsibilities

What you'll own:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, owners, and stakeholders across your portfolio
