Job summary

Lee & Associates Raleigh Durham Wilmington Property Management is seeking a Property Manager to own a portfolio of commercial properties, proactively resolving issues and ensuring smooth operations.

You will oversee tenant relations, inspections, vendor contracts, budgeting, and reporting, with Yardi or MRI experience preferred and CPM or RPA certification a bonus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial property management experience.
• CPM or RPA certification is a plus.
• Experience using Yardi or MRI software is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day property operations, including inspections, maintenance coordination, and compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts, including competitive rebidding.

• Present financial and operations updates to owners, investors, and board members.
• Build and refine the systems and procedures that keep properties running smoothly.

Lee & Associates Raleigh Durham Wilmington Property Management is looking for a Property Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of commercial properties. This is a proactive role. We want someone who catches problems before they happen, not just reacts when they do.

What you'll own:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, owners, and stakeholders across your portfolio
• Run day-to-day property operations, including inspections, maintenance coordination, and compliance
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts, including competitive rebidding
• Own the financial side: budgets, invoice approvals, quarterly reforecasts, and monthly reporting (Yardi experience a plus)

What we're looking for:

• Proficiency with Yardi or MRI
• Strong financial acumen and vendor management experience
• Excellent communication skills - you'll be the face of the property to tenants, owners, and boards
• CPM or RPA certification a plus

We also run an after-hours on-call rotation to give clients 24/7 coverage, and Property Managers rotate through it.
