Responsibilities

• Verify that all necessary steps have been taken to close-out contracts.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to obtain concurrence for close-out.
• Review, prepare and submit close-out documents.
• Handle complex problems with resolutions compliant with Federal acquisition regulations and policies.
• May manage projects and processes.
• May coach and review the work of lower level employees.
• Complete close-out files and document close-out contracts and records.
• Other duties as assigned.
