One of our partner companies is currently looking for a Contract Clinical Recruiter in the United States.

This role is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced recruiter to help scale a growing mental health organization. You’ll be responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles, developing effective sourcing strategies, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. This position requires a strong understanding of the behavioral health landscape, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to partner closely with hiring managers and leadership. Your work will directly contribute to the quality and accessibility of care delivered by a mission-driven team.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for licensed clinical roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to align hiring strategies with organizational goals
  • Develop and execute sourcing plans using data, trends, and best practices
  • Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment funnel
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes
  • Represent and promote the company’s employer brand externally
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, including at least 1 year in clinical or healthcare recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously
  • Knowledge of diversity sourcing strategies and passive talent engagement
  • Corporate recruiting experience is preferred but not required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
  • Contract position with hourly pay between $40–$45
  • Opportunity to convert to full-time W2 employment
