Job summary

World Wide Technology is seeking an experienced Contract Technical Recruiter with a strong DoD and federal IT background. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for cleared IT roles, source candidates with active or eligible security clearances, and build pipelines across cybersecurity, cloud, and systems engineering disciplines.

The role requires navigating clearance processes and collaborating with program leadership to meet staffing demands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience within DoD/federal space.
• Strong understanding of security clearance process, levels, and eligibility.
• Experience recruiting for DHS or other federal programs is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for IT positions supporting DoD and federal programs.
• Source and attract candidates with active or eligible security clearances.
• Recruit across cybersecurity, cloud, systems engineering, network engineering, software development, and DevOps roles.
• Develop and maintain pipelines of cleared IT professionals.
• Understand and communicate security clearance requirements and processes.
• Screen candidates for technical qualifications, clearance status, and employment history.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical needs and craft recruiting strategies.
• Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and networks to identify qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS/CRM system.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Stay current on DoD contracting trends and clearance requirements.
