Job summary

Core4ce is seeking an experienced Technical Sourcer to support DoW and federal government contracts. You will proactively identify, engage, and build pipelines of highly qualified technical professionals across software, cloud, cybersecurity, and systems engineering.

The role requires familiarity with DoW contracting, security clearances (TS/SCI preferred), and the ability to translate complex requirements into effective sourcing strategies. Remote work is offered for US-based candidates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably supporting DoW or federal government contracts.
• Experience sourcing hard-to-find passive candidates.
• Experience recruiting candidates requiring security clearances, preferably TS/SCI.
• Strong understanding of the DoW contracting and federal government recruiting environment.
• Demonstrated ability to use Boolean/advanced search techniques to identify highly specialized candidates.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source qualified candidates for DoW and IC roles.
• Develop pipelines with active security clearances.
• Source across software, cloud, DevSecOps, data engineering, cybersecurity, systems engineering, intelligence, AI/ML, MBSE and related roles.
• Utilize cleared talent databases, networks, referrals, job boards, social media to identify passive candidates.
• Conduct initial screens to assess alignment with technical and clearance requirements, location, and contract qualifications.
• Maintain candidate activity, pipelines, and recruiting metrics in the ATS.
• Build long-term relationships with passive candidates and specialized communities.
