Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an interim Bookkeeper in Largo, FL to support daily accounting tasks in a manufacturing setting. You will handle AP/AR processing, payments, deposits, and file maintenance using QuickBooks while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

The role requires 5 years of bookkeeping experience, strong QuickBooks and MS Office skills, and excellent attention to detail. This is an on-site contract position with standard daytime hours.

Qualifications

• 5 years of bookkeeping experience with AP/AR processing.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (strongly preferred) and MS Office.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter vendor bills in QuickBooks and process approved checks/online payments.
• Process and apply customer payments in QuickBooks; maintain deposit records.
• Generate and review AP/AR aging reports and follow up on missing paperwork or balances.
• Prepare and execute company bank deposits; maintain organized records.
