Vizmeg Landscape Inc. is seeking a full-time Contract Administrator to join our accounting team in Stow, OH.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, with strong Excel and data management skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles. In this in-person role, you will manage billing, reporting, and data entry, support AR/collections, and coordinate with multiple departments to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or similar field.
• 1–2 years of data entry, administration, AP/AR experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excel skills: data tables, shortcuts, formulas, pivot tables, reporting.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in a busy office setting.
• Ability to meet deadlines for timely data processing.

Responsibilities

• Support all administrative functions for the Landscape department (billing, change orders, AR/collections, time tracking, data entry).
• Process and send residential and commercial billing (including AIA).
• Maintain current Excel sheets to track client billing and job progress.
• Enter data points accurately and track data records.
• Assist management with special projects and bid procurement.
• Maintain detailed records including client database and file management.
• Provide cross-coverage for other staff as needed.
• Coordinate with sales team, management, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
