Ideal candidates have an Associate or technical degree and at least one year of related experience, with strong analytical and communication skills. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contract and pricing information within SAP and contract management systems.
• Analyze and audit customer contract pricing and terms for accuracy and compliance.
• Process contract amendments, escalations, chargeback additions, credits, and pricing updates.
• Respond to inquiries regarding contract terms, pricing, billing structures, and GPO affiliations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Support.
• Support compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to contract management procedures.
• Investigate and resolve contract and pricing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate contract records and supporting documentation.
