Job summary

Terumo Medical Corporation is seeking a Contract Analyst to administer stages of the contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and analyzing terms, pricing, and performance for Terumo products. You will work with Sales, Corporate Account Management, Legal, Marketing, Customer Service and Finance to support IDN, GPO, Hospital and other sales contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with at least 3 years of contract analyst/contract administration experience.
• Knowledge of GPO, IDN, Hospital/Institutional contracts and contracting processes.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and analyze terms and conditions, pricing, and performance of contracts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Corporate Account management, Legal, Marketing, Customer Service and Finance.
• Monitor contract compliance with processes and policies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for contracts.
