Job summary

Wiregrass Construction is seeking a Contract Administrator to manage contract analysis, compliance, and documentation throughout the contract lifecycle in our Alabama operations.

Role involves reviewing terms, coordinating with estimating, accounting, and legal teams, and handling subcontractor agreements and invoicing workflows. Travel and lifting are possible per project needs, with a 43-hour work week cap.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration, especially government contracting.
• Knowledge of contract laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contract requirements, terms, and conditions to ensure compliance with laws and corporate policies.
• Prepare documentation and correspondence, negotiation memoranda, and contract records.
• Administer contract setup, management, and closeout activities; coordinate with Accounting, Operations, Legal, and other departments.
