As a Contract Administrator, you’ll manage the administrative process behind sold projects, reviewing contracts, coordinating scheduling, and ensuring paperwork and job information are accurate, complete, and ready to move forward.

What You’ll Do
  • Review sales contracts and paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify required documentation is present and properly completed.
  • Review jobs after they have been updated to ensure information remains accurate.
  • Identify missing documents, incorrect information, and other discrepancies.
  • Review commission information and identify potential discrepancies.
  • Coordinate scheduling information and communicate updates with the appropriate teams.
  • Work with sales and operations teams to resolve issues and keep projects moving forward.
