Job summary

TIMEPROOFUSA is seeking a Project Manager to drive roofing projects from contract to completion, coordinating schedules, crews, and client communications with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

You will conduct site visits, manage budgets and change orders, and collaborate with sales and operations while maintaining accurate CRM data and documentation. Base salary starts at $70,000 with full benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee roofing projects from start to finish including timelines, crews, quality control, materials, and client communication.
• Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, ensuring they stay informed throughout the project.
• Conduct site visits before, during, and after installation to ensure quality and adherence to company standards.
• Manage project budgets, track job progress, and handle change orders as needed.
• Collaborate with the sales, operations, and leadership teams to ensure successful handoffs and flawless project delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update project information in CRM (Salesforce) and internal systems.

You’ll take up after every project post point of sale by coordinating schedules, managing crews, communicating with clients, and upholding TIMERPOOF's standard of quality and excellence every step of the way!

What You’ll Do
