Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Contract Administrator to support the Main Office Department in Biloxi, MS.

The role includes handling sales contracts, change orders, amendments, and maintaining contract files, with a focus on accuracy and timely processing of documentation. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 6–12 months of related experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Obtain approval, upload and distribute all sales contracts.
  • Obtain approval, upload and distribute all change orders and amendments.
  • Maintain, print and distribute Houses‑in‑Progress report.
  • Process all earnest money and option money.
  • Upload and process terminations/cancellations.
  • Maintain organized system of tracking sales contracts.
  • Maintain calendar for sales management regarding time off for sales representatives.
  • Assist sales management with sales meetings and any special projects as needed.
  • Assist online sales and marketing assistant with MLS changes/updates when needed.
  • Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company.

D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Contract Administrator in the Main Office Department. The right candidate will administer all processes regarding sales contracts, create and maintain files for sales contracts and process required documentation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Obtain approval, upload and distribute all sales contracts
  • Obtain approval, upload and distribute all change orders and amendments
  • Maintain, print and distribute Houses‑in‑Progress report
  • Process all earnest money and option money
