POSITION SUMMARY

The Contract Administrator will support and assist the CEO of Americas region to ensure effective and efficient operations of daily functions.

Tasks/Responsibilities

  • Liaise with and support the Project Managers to ensure the project is executed safely and properly.
  • Support negotiations of claims, manage contractual changes and resolve disputes or conflict resolution.
  • Ensure that an effective contract management process is in place and maintain and further develop methodology to document and track existing contracts.
  • Develop, prepare, and administer contracts, bids, and proposals that meet specifications and comply with all policies and regulations.
  • Supports or participates in contract negotiations with suppliers, partners, or customers.
  • Reviews contract terms to identify any potential risk or compliance issues.
  • Examines supporting materials and agreement documents related to bids or contracts and provides guidance.
  • Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, cancellations, etc.
  • Acts as liaison between the organization and subcontractors, legal team to implement the contracts.
  • Take sufficient steps to minimize project risks.
  • Maintains contract records used to ensure compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist CEO with preparation of power point slides and other administrative tasks assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO/SOC2 policies, standards, and procedures as it is shown by corporate compliance team.
  • Perform other data entry and administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Requirements:

  • Must be eligible to legally work in the USA.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work in an international environment.
  • Must be able to commute to the Atlanta office 2-3 times a week.
