Job Description:

Job Summary

The Contracts Analyst is responsible for managing the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors. This role involves analyzing contracts, managing client billings, and supporting procurement activities to ensure high standards of quality and accuracy. The Contracts Analyst works closely with various departments to support strategic goals and maintain strong partnerships.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Manages the contract lifecycle from initiation to execution and renewal.

  • Analyzes contracts to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.

  • Manages client billings by preparing and processing invoices accurately and timely.

  • Utilizes Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track and manage customer interactions and contract statuses.

  • Implements quality assurance (QA) practices to maintain high standards in contract processes.

  • Supports procurement activities by assisting with vendor selection and contract negotiations.

  • Develops and manages partner relationship management (PRM) strategies to strengthen partnerships.

  • Provides supervisory management to junior staff involved in contract management.

  • Supports management by addressing contract-related issues and ensuring timely resolution.

  • Collaborates with other departments to align contract strategies with organizational goals.

  • Maintains outstanding organizational abilities to manage multiple contracts and tasks simultaneously.

  • Ensures high accuracy and detail-oriented approach in all contract documents.

  • Communicates effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure understanding of contract terms and conditions.

  • Manages vendor relationships and ensures effective vendor management practices.

  • Conducts vendor negotiations to secure the best possible terms and conditions.

  • Participates in professional collaboration to share best practices and improve contract management systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience: Previous experience in contract management, accounting, or a related field is preferred.

The Compensation range for this role is $62,000 to $72,000 USD per annum and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
