An established industry player is seeking a Contracts Administrator to manage and optimize contractual agreements. This role involves reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts while ensuring compliance with legal standards and internal policies. A Contracts Administrator is responsible for reviewing, redlining and drafting contractual agreements between Energage and its customers, partners, contractors and suppliers. This position demands a solid understanding of legal terminology, effective negotiation skills, and the ability to ensure that all contracts comply with relevant regulations, policies and standards. Working closely with all levels of the organization and external parties, a Contracts Administrator aims to minimize risk and maximize value for Energage in every agreement.
A Contracts Administrator will also play a key role in achieving sustainable retention of key accounts, protect annual recurring revenue (ARR), increase net revenue retention (NRR) and drive operational discipline for renewals management.
