Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Gilbert, AZ, seeks a Manager Contract Administration – Manager Level 2 to lead a contracts team on a 100% onsite basis. You will oversee the portfolio, ensure customer satisfaction, financial performance, risk mitigation, and alignment with program goals.

The role requires active Top Secret clearance, a bachelor’s or master’s degree with extensive experience, and strong negotiation, FAR knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with required years of professional experience.
• Active U.S. Government Top-Secret clearance at time of application with ability to obtain SCI access.
• Experience negotiating and administering fixed-price and cost-reimbursable contracts with the US Government.
• Strong understanding of government regulations, including FAR.
• Advanced proposal development and negotiation skills.
• Ability to operate independently with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all management levels.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve contractual documents to protect company risk and meet contractual requirements.
• Plan and execute complex contract negotiations to achieve favorable terms and profit targets.
• Collaborate with program, technical, and operations teams to guide contract requirements.
• Make timely decisions and provide guidance across organizations (technical, program, finance, supply chain, legal, export, security).
• Solve complex problems by seeking information and new ideas from diverse sources.
• Build customer intimacy and employee engagement to grow this business area.
• Other duties as assigned.
