Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager, Programs Level 2 to lead a cross-functional team for the Cyber and Intelligence Solutions Business Unit in Sacramento, CA. You will drive all contractual requirements on cost and schedule while ensuring technical performance and customer collaboration.

The role requires a current Top Secret clearance, US citizenship, and extensive experience with Defense/IC programs, EVM, and proposal management. Strong leadership and strategic planning are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience in U.S. Government contracts.
• Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience in government programs.
• Demonstrated experience with cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives.
• Experience leading Cost-Plus and/or Fixed Price contracts over $15M.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional IPTs to meet cost, schedule and technical goals.
• Manage program requirements, budgets, and baseline changes.
• Develop and review master plans, schedules, and risk plans.
