Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience supporting day-to-day work of attorneys.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and fluency with AI agents and prompts.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work across levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and track key legal documents for BD/VC transactions.
• Document management and analysis of transactional documents to support initiatives.
• Draft correspondence and deliverables for M&A and venture financing projects.
• Prepare and review ancillary legal documents impacting closings.
• Coordinate with external advisors to manage document flow and deadlines.
• Manage strategic action items and collaborate with attorneys for timely execution.
• Develop tools like agreement playbooks, checklists, and diligence materials.
• Implement AI solutions to streamline corporate processes and lifecycle tracking.
