Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and track organizational documents (financing, operating agreements, side letters).
• Manage transactional documents and support deal initiatives.
• Draft correspondence and deliverables for M&A and venture financing.
• Review ancillary documents affecting closings.
• Coordinate with external advisors on timelines and deliverables.
• Manage strategic action items with attorneys to meet business goals.
• Develop tools like playbooks, checklists, and diligence materials.
• Implement AI solutions to streamline corporate processes and document preparation.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to align acquisitions with company goals.
