Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Advanced Degree preferred.
• 3 - 5 years of related experience in roles such as Contracts Analyst or Legal/Paralegal, preferred.
• Strong negotiation, contract drafting, communication skills, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Must be a quick learner and possess excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer contract terms and activations and related contracting activities.
• Draft contracts in Apttus using OptiFreight templates.
• Review contracts for adherence to standard business terms.
• Collect and document inputs from cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Review and redline customer documents to align with OptiFreight language.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals for contract redlines with stakeholders.
• Support sales teams with custom contract language and dashboards.
