Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Consultant (Contract Administrator) within Sales Operations to support OptiFreight contracts and customers through contracting activities. You will partner with Legal, Sales, Finance and cross-functional teams to review and execute strategies while ensuring compliance and process maintenance.

The role focuses on administration of contract terms, activations, redlines, and templates, with opportunities to improve CLM processes, dashboards, and training for internal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3 - 5 years of related experience in roles such as Contracts Analyst or Legal/Paralegal, preferred.
• Strong negotiation, contract drafting, communication skills, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Must be a quick learner and possess excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Must be able to perform with a degree of independence and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer customer contract terms and activations.
• Draft contracts in Apttus using OptiFreight templates and review for standard terms.
• Review contracts for adherence to standard business terms and redline as needed.
• Collect inputs from cross-functional teams and stakeholders for contracting.
• Support development of contract dashboards and reporting for stakeholders.
• Assist with training and onboarding on contracting processes and systems.
