Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Consultant (Contract Administrator) in Sales Operations to support OptiFreight contracts and customers. You will partner with Legal, Sales, Finance and cross‑functional teams to review strategy, ensure compliance, and maintain processes.

The role covers contract activations, drafting, review for standard terms, and developing templates, dashboards, and training materials. A healthcare/regulatory background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in contracts analysis, legal/paralegal, or related roles.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, communication, and time management.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; independent with good judgment.
• Experience with CLM systems and healthcare or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer standard and nonstandard contract terms.
• Draft contracts in Apttus using OptiFreight templates and templates.
• Review contracts for standard business terms and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional inputs from Sales, Finance, Product Marketing.
• Redline documents to align with required language and playbooks.
• Support dashboards, reporting, templates, and training materials.
