Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Contract Administrator to support OptiFreight contracts, coordinating terms, activations, and related activities. You will draft, review, and redline documents, ensuring alignment with standard terms and playbooks while collaborating with Sales, Legal, Finance and Product teams.

You will manage stakeholder reviews, assist with custom language, and contribute to dashboards and templates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of related experience in contracts analyst or legal/paralegal roles.
• Strong negotiation, contract drafting and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer customer contract terms and related activities.
• Draft contracts in Apttus using OptiFreight templates.
• Review contracts for adherence to standard terms.
• Collect inputs from cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Review redlines and align terms with OptiFreight language.
• Coordinate approvals for contract redlines and issue escalation.
• Assist sales with custom contract language development.
