Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three (3) years of related experience.
• Fingerprinting required.
• Candidates without a related degree should possess an additional four (4) years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and administers work involving the review and oversight of various maintenance, construction, and service contracts to ensure compliance to procedures, rules and regulation, and manage and monitor for compliance with all applicable laws, standards and contract specifications.
• Ensures compliance with all applicable codes, laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies and procedures; interprets plans and specifications; research plat books as needed; initiates any actions necessary to correct deviations or violations.
• Consults and provides input to Division management or other officials to review status of maintenance projects, review/resolve problems, receive advice/direction, and provide recommendations.
• Develops drawings, plans and specifications associated with proposed projects; defines maintenance needs; determines maintenance solutions; reviews plans for compliance with applicable laws, codes and standards.
