Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Three (3) years of related experience.
• Candidates without a degree should possess two (2) additional years of related experience.
• Fingerprinting required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties to assess minimum housing standards and ensure compliance with codes and ordinances.
• Serve as liaison between owners, contractors, and county divisions to resolve violations and enforce repairs.
• Coordinate with Sheriff's Office and Fire Department on safety and enforcement issues; document inspections and outcomes.
