Collier County seeks a Grant Administrator to oversee the administration of grant programs across divisions. You will provide technical assistance, monitor compliance, and coordinate with attorneys, auditors and procurement. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and related experience; fingerprinting is required. Salary reflects the full pay range for entry to advanced stages; new hires near entry point depending on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Candidates without a degree should possess four additional years of related experience.
• Fingerprinting required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate all aspects of grant implementation with multiple County departments and partners.
• Prepare scopes of work, budgets, amendments and receive Board approval.
• Monitor grant activity timeliness and compliance; report progress.
• Oversee subrecipient agreements and monitor performance.
• Work closely with grant accountants on match requirements and reimbursements.
• Assist in procurement, write grant-related documents, and track expenditures.
