Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic Life Support certification required (American Red Cross or American Heart Association).
• Ability to follow directions, both written and verbal; strong communication and dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous one-on-one observation under RN supervision.
• Maintain patient safety and a therapeutic environment; respond to needs promptly.
• Assist with feeding, transferring, mobility, and basic comfort measures.
• Document behaviors and actions accurately; follow policies and procedures.
