• Maintain a safe environment, assist with transportation for tests/procedures, and notify staff of changes.
• Stay with the patient at all times and respond to needs promptly.
• Uphold patient rights, privacy and dignity; complete mobility training and required Health Stream modules.
• Perform additional duties to support department and organization.
