Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a committed professional to join our Continuous Improvement team in a hands-on role. You will help identify opportunities, analyze data, and participate in cross-functional projects that drive efficiency and quality across the organization.

The role reports to the Quality/Engineering Manager and includes training on new processes, SOPs, and tools, with opportunities for professional development and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in supply chain, LEAN, continuous improvement or related field is required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Visio proficiency is preferred.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen recommended.

Responsibilities

• Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis and stakeholder input.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement improvement initiatives.
• Document current processes, SOPs, and best practices.
• Track and report KPI to measure improvement success.
• Create training materials and deliver training on new processes and tools.
