Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Lithia Springs, GA, is seeking a Manager, Continuous Improvement to lead Lean initiatives across our windows and doors plant. You will drive a Lean transformation, coach CI practitioners, and partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, EHS, Engineering, and Maintenance to deliver safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.

The role emphasizes structured problem‑solving, Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and data-driven decision making to sustain gains

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years manufacturing ops with 3+ years CI/Lean leadership.
• Experience leading Kaizen events and cross-functional improvement projects.
• Strong Lean tools, structured problem-solving, process mapping, and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant's Lean transformation roadmap and align priorities with enterprise CI strategy.
• Coach CI practitioners and CI teams to strengthen execution and ownership of results.
• Plan, facilitate Kaizen events focused on throughput, changeover, scrap reduction, ergonomics, and material flow.
• Conduct value stream mapping, time studies, root-cause analysis, and project portfolio management.
