Responsibilities

• Participates and leads Six Sigma, Kaizen and Safety teams/events.
• Assists in definition, measurement and analysis of problems.
• Audits/validates production processes and takes corrective action.
• Documents processes through standard work and trains others.
• Assists with on-the-job training and follows all safety rules.
• Maintains clean, safe work area and supports other departments as needed.
