What You'll Do
- Lead the design and execution of performance strategies across teams.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on quality trends to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, implement solutions, and drive performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through coaching, transparency, and accountability.
- Reduce errors and escalations while enhancing audit readiness and compliance.
- Influence operations with data-driven insights to ensure alignment and consistency across processes.
What You'll Need
- Deep knowledge of business systems, tools, frameworks, and performance measurement.
- A proven track record in leading cross-functional projects and managing change.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Exceptional communication and coaching abilities to inspire and influence teams.
- A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free with access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day task.
