Responsibilities:

• Work with business partners to understand business reporting needs.
• Design, build and test CRM Analytics dashboards in Salesforce to meet those needs.
• Partner with the data management and Insights and Analytics teams to define the necessary supporting data structures.
• Develop best practice standards for data structure and dashboard development.
• Conducts peer code reviews.
• Create and executes unit tests.
• Supports QA team during testing.
• Mentor less experienced members of the development team.
