Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing (aerospace/related).
- Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
- Strong knowledge of Production KPIs; experience with Excel/Minitab.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and guide manufacturing activities to meet goals.
- Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives for safety and on-time delivery.
- Identify and remove bottlenecks with Operations, Engineering, Planning and Facilities.
- Establish and maintain KPIs and reporting systems.
- Develop capabilities through coaching and accountability.
