Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. is seeking a manufacturing-focused leader to drive continuous improvement across high-volume operations in Fullerton, CA. You will guide the manufacturing function, coordinate with Engineering and Planning, and push for on-time delivery and productivity gains.

Qualifications

Bachelors in Engineering or Business Administration from an accredited institution.
Minimum 3 years in aerospace/high-volume manufacturing; authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

Guide manufacturing activities to meet goals and requirements.
Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives for safety, on-time delivery, and efficiency.
Identify bottlenecks with Operations, Engineering, Planning, and Facilities; remove them.
Establish and track manufacturing KPIs and reporting systems.
Develop and enforce standard policies and practices to meet customer requirements.
Drive improvements through data-driven methods and best-practice industries.
