Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering or Business Administration from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years in aerospace/high-volume manufacturing; authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Guide manufacturing activities to meet goals and requirements.
• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives for safety, on-time delivery, and efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks with Operations, Engineering, Planning, and Facilities; remove them.
• Establish and track manufacturing KPIs and reporting systems.
• Develop and enforce standard policies and practices to meet customer requirements.
• Drive improvements through data-driven methods and best-practice industries.
