Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing or assembly with Lean/Kaizen leadership.
• Strong 5S, Lean tools, Poka-Yoke experience.
• Experience with RCA and CAPA.
• Familiarity with MRP/ERP and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen initiatives to reduce waste.
• Map value streams and optimize end-to-end workflows.
• Facilitate Kaizen events across departments.
• Own KPIs: OEE, cycle time, defect rates, cost savings.
• Develop standardized work instructions and error-proofing.
• Collaborate with cross-border facilities to standardize practices.
• Perform RCA and CAPA with Quality Assurance.
• Conduct site training on problem-solving, 5S, Lean tools.
• Travel up to 25% to regional/international hubs.
