Job summary

You will partner with business leaders, coach teams, and implement sustainable solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
Ideal candidates have Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, 8+ years in CI/Operational Excellence, and strong change-management capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Experience leading enterprise or BU-wide improvement initiatives.
- Strong KPI-driven performance management experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive Operational Excellence across project delivery and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, operational performance, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate process improvement workshops and Kaizen events using Lean and Six Sigma.
- Establish standardized processes, governance, and operating rhythms to improve execution consistency.
