Job summary

Stellantis N.V. in Detroit seeks a Quality Plant Engineering leader to drive the quality engineering team and ensure product/process quality across the perimeters of serial life.

You will lead improvement initiatives, coordinate with suppliers and engineering functions, and ensure timely launches with strong RCA capabilities. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 7+ years of experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects and communicate at executive and shop-floor levels

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in engineering or project teams.
• Ability to lead an engineering team to deliver changes and launches on time.
• Experience with RCA and corrective actions.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work off-shift hours as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality plant engineering team to ensure customer satisfaction and warranty results.
• Conduct daily and weekly meetings to address quality issues and supplier coordination.
• Drive quality KPI management and escalation of corrective actions.
• Support product/process evolutions and containment actions to protect customers.
• Perform risk assessments and lead action plans to improve quality levels.
