Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 7+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, Data Analytics, Program Management, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Co-facilitate and co-lead enterprise-wide CI projects with other CI members and leaders.
• Lead value stream mapping sessions, Kaizen events, and problem-solving workshops to drive engagement.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and implement digital solutions that improve processes.
• Develop project charters, action plans, and progress tracking tools to drive accountability and visibility.
• Build and maintain visual management tools (dashboards, scorecards) to track progress and sustain improvements.
