Job summary

Entegris, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement to lead CI across two Minnesota manufacturing sites (Chaska and Bloomington). You will deploy Lean strategies, coach leaders, and drive world-class performance in safety, quality, and productivity.

You will supervise a regional CI team, coach plant leadership, and lead cross-functional projects leveraging PDCA, OEE, and SPC to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing, supply chain or operations with increasing responsibility.
• 3+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in Continuous Improvement (Shingo, Six Sigma, etc.) program management.
• Certification and/or demonstrated experience with Lean, SPC and/or Six Sigma Black Belt.
• Experience running and facilitating Kaizen events.

Responsibilities

• Develop a roadmap and collaborate across two manufacturing sites to scope and implement CI objectives.
• Supervise, train and direct the CI regional team.
• Provide coaching to site leaders to ensure CI projects are completed on time.
• Ensure progress aligns with the CI masterplan and address deviations with countermeasures.
• Lead cross-functional projects and be hands-on when needed.
• Drive adoption of digital performance measurement systems (OEE, SPC).
• Conduct Lean Workshops and Six Sigma training; support Kaizen events.
• Sustain past projects and promote standardization of improved processes.
• Coach leaders to communicate performance against site goals and CI actions.
