Job summary

CSL is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist to identify opportunities, facilitate Tier 1 CI processes, and drive CI projects across manufacturing operations on site in Illinois. You will coordinate prioritization, support Kaizen events, and ensure improvements meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets.

Role requires 5+ years in GxP manufacturing with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, change management knowledge, and strong data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science.
• 5+ years of experience in GxP-regulated manufacturing (pharma, biotech, or medical device).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the Tier 1 CI process and supports Tier 2 alignment.
• Coordinates CI project prioritization and resourcing with CI leadership.
• Leads Kaizen events and Value Stream Mapping to identify waste and improvements.
• Drives safety, quality, and efficiency improvements at site level.
• Collects and analyzes data to support problem solving and decision making.
