Job summary

CHS, Inc. is seeking an Expert Continuous Improvement (CI) Specialist to join our CI Team in the Agriculture Division at our Inver Grove Heights, MN campus.

You will co-facilitate enterprise-wide initiatives that elevate business processes, enable cross-functional collaboration and deliver measurable results aligned with product line strategies. The role requires facilitation, project management and strong data analytics to optimize processes, increase visibility and sustain improvements across

Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, Data Analytics, Program Management, or related fields.
Lean or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent).
Strong facilitation, communication, project management, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

Co-facilitate and co-lead large-scale CI projects with CI members and leaders.
Partner with Product Line and functional leaders to align opportunities with product strategies.
Lead value stream mapping sessions, Kaizen events, problem solving workshops, and stakeholder discussions to drive adoption of improved ways of working.
