Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking an Implementation Manager in Aurora, CO. The role focuses on leading continuous improvement initiatives across branches, coordinating software implementations, and developing performance reports.

You will partner with process owners to drive value and deliver hands-on leadership in execution. Ideal candidates bring Six Sigma familiarity, strong communication and training skills, and the ability to work in a team to implement enterprise software changes for

Competenze

• Must have associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Branch business process knowledge is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Mansioni

• Study existing branch business software to identify enhancement opportunities.
• Present, facilitate, and lead continuous improvement activities.
• Partner with branch process owners and ensure participation and support.
• Provide event follow-up and monitor progress of improvements.
• Develop reports of ongoing Continuous Improvement across branches.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer across branches and departments.
• Provide training, leadership, and team-building for process improvements.
• Coordinate enterprise software implementation for new branches.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
