Job summary

Godshall Recruiting is seeking a seasoned Lean Six Sigma professional to lead continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing operations in Ocala, FL. The role emphasizes driving safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency through data-driven methods.

You will coach teams, influence stakeholders at all levels, and manage a portfolio of improvement projects, delivering measurable business results. Direct hire with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required; Master Black Belt preferred.
  • 5+ years leading continuous improvement in manufacturing, processing, or industrial environments.
  • Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, data analysis, and project management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders, coach teams, and deliver measurable business results.

Track, analyze, and communicate project outcomes, performance metrics, and business impact to leadership.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required; Master Black Belt preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing, processing, or industrial environment.
  • Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, data analysis, and project management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive organizational change, coach teams, and deliver measurable business results.
  • Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.
